Angry Patient (Arthroplasty)

Doctor Instruction:

A patient requires an elective hip replacement under Mr Smith due to osteoarthritis. This has been cancelled twice before and now again due to an emergency case. As the surgical doctor working under Mr Smith, you have been asked to inform the patient about the cancellation. The patient works a post-man, and cannot work due to his hip pain.
